After trying for several days to reach Hartland by phone, I went past the business and found it to be open so I pulled in. I asked what their phone number was to verify that I had been calling the correct number. The number matched. I explained that the phone either constantly rings or rings busy. i was completely floored by the uncooperative nature of the owner and manager of this business. i was not happy with the service i received on my oil change. i specifically asked that my radiator coolant level be checked and the service technician advised me that the level was good. unfortunately there was NO coolant and the overflow reservoir was bone dry. i have been a customer of this establishment for over 10 years and they refused to acknowledge that their technician made a huge error. their "signature service" is a jok... read more
