i am very unhappy with the service i get at the pharmacy everytime i go to pick up my prescriptions. Tonight was definitely the worst experience i was trying to explain something to the tech and she kept sighing and was upset, i heard another girl tell her to hang up the phone and she did. i will be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else...and as someone who worked in a pharmacy i know i would never treat anyone that way. i dont think ive ever not had an issue at this pharmacy.
Sharp decline in customer service, length of time to get script filled on more than one occasion. Tone of voice spoken to me by pharmacist. After more than 20 years, I deserved better.
They are always fast and courteous with me. Greatly appreciated.
