I was in the Central Avenue store over a month ago. I got up to the register and the employee, whose name I can’t remember was SO sweet! I told them I was going to call the store manager and tell them how enjoyable they made my visit and totally forgot about it. The employee was young, not very tall, curly brown hair, glasses and had mentioned they’d worked there a few years, I think. Very friendly staff
She refused to fill my prescription for erroneous reasons due to lack of competence and diligence. I had to have my doctor call her and straighten her out. No apologies or explanation for her mistake. The following week i had an injury, saw the accute care Dr., and had a couple scripts sent at 7 am. I went to pick them up and was told they weren't ready and to come back later. This was already 5 hrs after scripts were sent.
