Very friendly staff!
The gentleman from Tennessee working in the post office in the back was great. He saved me some money by telling me it would be cheaper to ship my package priority instead of buying a flat rate box. I will keep going here for future post office needs!
Edit: Aaron followed up about my situation and apologized. We have now taken steps to hopefully prevent the issue in the future. I added another star for the follow-up, and will add another later if the issue is resolved! Thanks again Aaron. They have now twice simply *not filled* my prescription because insurance wants me to use a generic brand. Instead of contacting me to say "hey insurance doesn't like this brand, but they have this one," they just wait til I show up. THEN, they dont even carry the generic version in stor... read more
They are the best everyone that works here could not be better I moved to Calif and really miss all of the employees on my trip back to Dubuque will even stop to say hello
Nothing out of the ordinary for a Hartig store. The person handling the register was polite, but had a bit of an attitude. Concerning for the future for this business.
