Excellent post office service and general service. Post office was inundated and cashier came to help out. Cross training is crucial to customer service. This store is doing it right!

The gentleman from Tennessee working in the post office in the back was great. He saved me some money by telling me it would be cheaper to ship my package priority instead of buying a flat rate box. I will keep going here for future post office needs!
Edit: Aaron followed up about my situation and apologized. We have now taken steps to hopefully prevent the issue in the future. I added another star for the follow-up, and will add another later if the issue is resolved! Thanks again Aaron. They have now twice simply *not filled* my prescription because insurance wants me to use a generic brand. Instead of contacting me to say "hey insurance doesn't like this brand, but they have this one," they just wait til I show up. THEN, they dont even carry the generic version in stor... read more
