Called other places and they seemed "aloof" when I spoke to them about my medicinal needs. Called here and spoke with Tom...he addressed my concerns,was professional, and went above and beyond on a busy Monday morning. I am making this the family pharmacy. And I also got a call just as the prescription came in. A+ service.
2 1/2 weeks ago I went on the Hartig drug website to see avaliable appointments for flu shots in Belle Plaine, Iowa. I was happy to see that there were numerous appointments avaliable on Saturday November 19th, because that would mean that I would not have to take time off of work. The morning of the vaccination I received a confirmation/reminder text of my flu shot appointment. I drove to Belle Plaine from another town to receive my vaccine. None of the staff or pharmacists had their noses covered by their masks, I saw a pharmacist filling a pill bottle while breathing on it all. I don't know what to do with my prescription now as it seems unsafe.
