Current tenant here for a year. When I first started living here I signed up for the auto draft payment for my lease and chose the 15th as the day of payment. For that entire year the payment was processed as a late payment with a late charge of $40 because it was processing for the last month and not the next month. They made no attempt to tell me they were late payments but they would bother to leave a note on my door telling me my grass was to high.
It's a nice quiet place. I enjoy visiting there when I'm in town
