they never answer the phone
The management can't figure out how to take your money. If you like living with flies and rats, then that's the place for you. There are cockroaches and they never solve anything. It's a bad idea to rent there.
Inquired about apartments in this community. They are charging nearly $200 in additional fees on top of your rent. They are upcharging for internet. They boast about not charging a deposit on their website, but they actually charge a “deposit waiver fee” every month that would add up to as much as what many of the neighboring communities charge for a deposit.
Everyone go to the 311 website or call and file a complaint about the rat infestation at the trash compactor and all the holes that come with it. It's a codes violation and our children can break ankles and legs and the diseases that come with it. I'm sure everyone has seen the 80+ rats.
