This place was amazing before Blue Leaf took over and now it's garbage. I have been moved out since September but from what I've been told, nothing has changed. Neighbors are incredibly rude and throw late night parties. They scatter beer cans around the pond and don't pick up after themselves. And one of the older men decided to urinate on the side of his building and he did not pull up his pants for a few seconds so my wife and I saw his genitals from across the pond. Update: Horrible under new management. They turned off the security cameras and it feels much less safe, especially around Hilliard Rome. Hope you like dog poop and goose poop, because you'll be stepping in both almost every day. Neighbors are rude and leave trash everywhere. To say nothing of the 1 AM parties on the lawn, sketchy dudes working on cars in the parking lots, and burnouts every night.
