Couldnt get passed your office staff. Horribly trained receptionists. I called for a simple vasectomy consultation and was told to get a referral. PCP sent it out monday, called Wednesday to schedule, had the record of the referral, but was told the doctor I was referred to had left the practice and moved to Danbury. So I asked if I could see a different provider, but they werent sure if their providers took CIGNA insurance, and that I should verify before scheduling. So i did, and they were, obviously... Callled 2 x today to make appointment cause if severe pain. I didn’t want to explain in full detail what was wrong. I was embarrassed. So I have them the most information I was comfortable with. The first lady was rude. The Second Lady was just as rude. And then the nurse manager got in the phone and said well if u can’t tell me what’s wrong with u well givenu the next available appointment. I’m like this can’t wait. My pain is a 9 out of 10. She made a comment and then laughed. So no appointment was made in that call. They ... read more
