I brought our vehicle in for tires and a synthetic oil change today at Hartford Tire. Also asked for whatever brake job it needed and an alignment. Instead of automatically doing them and charging for such, they evaluated it and found I needed neither brakes or an alignment. Big difference from the "suggestive sell" you find many places! Great tire shop!! They are very affordable, friendly , professional, and will do their best to help you in any way. The shop is clean and the office always smells GREAT !!! I would highly recommend this Buisness if your needing tires, work done on tires, brake work, oil change ,they pretty much do anything related . Great Family owned Buisness!
I Can't speak for everyone else but my experience was a very good one. I was told upfront of any fees I might have to be charged and nothing was hidden from me. You all have to understand you need to pay someone to evaluate the problem. Once they diagnose it then they can work. They even worked to fix a additional problem I had no idea about. We rolled in with a flat tire at 415 on a Saturday. They had us back on the road in 15 minutes. Great service. Fair price.
