1 Star – Very Disappointed With Pulte at Hartford Terrace I had to edit my original review because, after living at Hartford Terrace for a year, the reality of the community has been very different from what was presented when I purchased my home. When I bought my home, the community plans showed a large playground for children, which was one of the amenities that attracted us to Hartford Terrace.
