I am an owner in this community and I had my car stolen from my home parking. This community has a camera installed that was facing my car and they did not want to help releasing the camera video of who stole the car. The captured images I never received. I was told that they will contact ADT since they are the ones who more details on the footage. Couple of months passed by a police detective tried to contact this company Pulte homes to give them information on the situation they never responded. They are unwilling to help.... read more
Very disappointed with the HOA. They don’t answer e-mails and phone calls. The house next to ours is empty, I guess the tenant moved out and they left trash all over the place in front of the house, is now being a week and HOA hasn’t done anything about it. In the other hand we love Pulte homes, love the neighborhood and our home. Pulte makes a great construction.
