endless phone calls that you will have to make yourself because agents dont follow up..over a month now and no answer. also beware of secondary agents selling this home policy doesnt cover anything over 15 yrs!
I see a few people have had negative experiences, but I wanted to share that our experience with HSB has been good. Our representative, Bryson Whited, reached out promptly about having our sewer line repaired through State farm. He's been professional and friendly and issued a check for our claim within 1 day. Very happy and relieved so far!
