Horrible! I have a business claim filed with StateFarm. StateFarm outsource the equipment breakdown to Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB), and not only I have to talk to StateFarm, providing the same document to StateFarm, I also have to talk to Hartford Steam Boiler, and provide the same document twice. There is no internal communication between them! I have submitted all the required documents to BOTH sides of the insurance company, and consistently called to ask for status and they both said they don't need anything else from me... read more
