I've been seeing Dr. Luger for about 10 years. Until the last few years, I've had a good experience. Their staff in the last 4-5 years has become awful, and anytime I need a refill on a normal, monthly prescription its more frustrating than its worth. I recently had to go to a follow-up just to get a new script refilled. I was charged $150 just to tell him everything was fine and for the nurse to take my vitals.
