Nice people, however they cancel and ask to reschedule every single appointment I have the day of. It’s incredibly frustrating. I can’t live like this.
Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Been seeing Lori Tilden-Smith for years. Best primary care PA around. She listens and is very thorough in her assessments.
Everyone I've dealt with there has been nice I haven't had any problems so far. I just found out though that my pcp is leaving Dr Laura Gioiella she has been so great to deal with so nice I hope wherever she goes next she is greatly appreciated.
Rude! Rude! Rude! Put on hold for 15 min and had to hang up called back got hung up on called back again to be put on hold again without even saying anything! That is unprofessional! You obviously don’t care about your patients because if you did you would have a better system put in place except you don’t and nothing is done about it! Not to mention I was called to reschedule because the doctor wasn’t going to be in and from reading other reviews apparently this is a normal occurrence for this place.
