My PA is great!!, however front desk are in need of personality training or perhaps finding employment in a different line of work. Rude and obnoxious would best describe my experience with front desk personal along with referrals to specialists not getting done unless my Insurance basically twists their arm with multiple phone calls to get it done. I wanted to give this office a second chance, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing both times. At my first visit, the reception staff were rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting, I watched them put patients on hold so they could continue personal conversations, and say negative comments about patients. A wonderful place to go to for your PT
Im currently sitting in the waiting room 40 minutes past my appointment time and the receptionist just stood up and said sorry there is a little delay. I have to relieve my baby sitter in a half hour. This is unacceptable. There wasn't an emergency. Dr. Offices need to not over book.
