Annabell, the receptionist sitting in ste 101, short, grey bowl cut, glasses wearing lady, is the RUDEST front desk person. She clearly doesn't care that the patients there waiting, can hear her EVERY remark, and continues to be unprofessional. For example: she was calling clients regarding the snow fall to be had the next day, hoping they would cancel, but many of them didn't - as she loudly confirmed, and when her phone rang, she would place them on hold, saying "There's a patient in front of me, can you please hold" with ... read more
Nice people, however they cancel and ask to reschedule every single appointment I have the day of. It’s incredibly frustrating. I can’t live like this.
Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Been seeing Lori Tilden-Smith for years. Best primary care PA around. She listens and is very thorough in her assessments.
Everyone I've dealt with there has been nice I haven't had any problems so far. I just found out though that my pcp is leaving Dr Laura Gioiella she has been so great to deal with so nice I hope wherever she goes next she is greatly appreciated.
