My PA is great!!, however front desk are in need of personality training or perhaps finding employment in a different line of work. Rude and obnoxious would best describe my experience with front desk personal along with referrals to specialists not getting done unless my Insurance basically twists their arm with multiple phone calls to get it done. I wanted to give this office a second chance, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing both times. At my first visit, the reception staff were rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting, I watched them put patients on hold so they could continue personal conversations, and say negative comments about patients. I also witnessed a patient arrive 30 minutes late for an appointment with Dr. Gabriella Beaulieu, the same doctor I was waiting to see.
