To Michael Welty I understand I am not the homeowner but I have been the one to set up SEVEN appointments with the Hartford, FOUR of which Hartford did not show up to. Would you say that is normal behavior for Hartfords treatment of residents? Regardless, if I am homeowner or the tenant the clear message from Hartford is they will not go beyond customer service wise.
