EDIT: to the response from Hartford - the landscaping issue is from the initial installation where mulch was used in a high-wind corridor, despite warnings from HOA to not use mulch due to the same problem occurring in previously built Hartford townhomes of the same model. Suggestions to use wind resistant landscaping was ignored and the same issue happened. And don’t say we’d love to talk to you, when you’ve been ignoring my calls and voicemails. Thanks. First off, if you’re moving here and no one tells you about the train, it will shake your house and wake you up at night if you live anywhere near the tracks. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Look at the reply, they won't honor warrenty work if their feelings are hurt, I hadn't contacted anyone for 2 years and the builder contacted me first due to an honest review and threaned to not do the work because of my review, structural issues should be their only concern. These are the worst people to deal with, the builder has room temp iq and missed so much stuff I don't know if they even have inspectors, once you close good luck getting anything taken care of that they missed, they have their money so... read more

I highly advise you look to another builder. We have been working on a warranty claim for 5+ months with a concrete eyesore entryway. Once the check clears Jon and his employee Kamrin truly show how much don’t care about their Buyers. After multiple requests to remove Kamrin, the Buyers are ignored. We have asked Kamrin to be removed from our warranty claim due to poor communication, lack of skill set to correct this issue (170+ days for a leak repair) and now unprofessional communication by the Hartford team. Buyer Beware

As a trade partner of Hartford Homes at Mosaic I can't say enough about the communication, positive attitude, and organized timelines they have here. Shane, Adam, and John are all great to work with and are very responsive if we ever have questions for them. Great company to do business with!
