Clean. Reception and clinical staff all very thorough and kind. Doctor was very efficient and explained results well. I was very very pleased and feeling much better now with RX!
This place is TERRIBLE!!! The front desk lady & nurses are great!! But the doctors couldn’t be less helpful! Both times I’ve been for simple things they always send me & others to hospital. I just needed antibiotics & chest X-ray this past time & instead of using the X-ray machine that they have to diagnose my bronchial issues , they sent me to ER to spend my entire day & get the same X-ray I could’ve had there along with antibiotics. I got there at around 4pm and only waited 5 minutes to be taken in. The receptionist was friendly and so were the nurse and doctor. I was in and out in about 40 minutes with a diagnosis and medication sent to my pharmacy. Small detail that may not mean much but I thought it was nice - everyone said ‘feel better’! Overall great experience. Note: I’ve also been to the Westport location and had a similarly nice experience.
