HIPAA concern. The front desk lady seemed to be way too well versed in my medical situation and as I was waiting for test results I heard the doctors and staff discussing my case in front of the entire waiting room where everyone could hear them. Very unprofessional. They also had a radiology tech do my vitals and tests - that seemed very off to me. The woman at the front desk was also quite rude and told me “not to ever question or challenge the doctor” UM WHAT?!
Staff was friendly and efficient. We were in and out quickly. Thank you!
