This facility is very well set up and well run. I had almost no wait, the staff had my vitals immediately, and the doctor came into the examination room within a few moments. He checked out my complaint - a nosebleed - and explained the various resources on site to treat it. He also checked my recent history, since my NYC hospital and Hartford are both on linked MyCharts. I was in and out of there within 15 or 20 minutes, my nose was cauterized and in good shape. These guys know what they are doing!

friendly, empathetic, quick, reassuring.
After I came back from a long vacation, I had a very bad migraine headache. The doctor H.. said he would prescribe only one migraine pill and very low dose - 50mg.. And he was very rude. Even though I asked him, what if it doesn’t go away with one pill. Although, nurses were great.
Excellent customer service and the physician I saw was highly skilled. Very pleased with this facility and staff.
