I came in during work after slicing my finger open & Ava was such a doll! She was so helpful and kind and sweet. She was talking to me to make sure I was okay and she kept answering any questions I had. I def recommend this urgent care to anybody. Thank you Ava!!!
Always a bit of a wait, but the staff has never been anything short of friendly, the doctors knowledgeable and compassionate, and the care very good. Just beware wait times
This facility is very well set up and well run. I had almost no wait, the staff had my vitals immediately, and the doctor came into the examination room within a few moments. He checked out my complaint - a nosebleed - and explained the various resources on site to treat it. He also checked my recent history, since my NYC hospital and Hartford are both on linked MyCharts. I was in and out of there within 15 or 20 minutes, my nose was cauterized and in good shape. These guys know what they are doing!
Great it is a please to be in an environment as clean and nice when you don’t feel good
