For treatment of non-life threatening illness and injuries, along with physical exams and X-rays, St. Vincent’s Urgent Care Walk-In centers are there to provide you with medical care and advice. With five locations in the community, we’re there to get you feeling back to normal fast. And since illness and injury doesn’t always happen when the doctor’s office is open, we’re open late and early.

Horrendous. Admitted with pneumonia. Woke up first morning to "Dr." asking me why I was using oxygen. I advised I had pneumonia.I was told there was no record in chart of pneumonia.After fussing with him he leaves.Comes back later and advises he had the wrong person.I demanded to be discharged and called my wife to come get me. What happened to basic id protocol of "Name,DOB, scan the band"? If I cant trust them to know who I am? No, thank you!!! Never go to St.Vincents!! You have been warned!!!
poor service i had an appointment waited for 30 min in the waiting room befor i was even called up to talk the receptionist then waiting again when i got back to the room another 20 just for the DR to tell me he can’t help and will be referring me out. this was very frustrating because i’m in pain.
Had a 10:30 appointment which I made online the day before ... Wasn't seen until 12:30. The woman who took my vitals was lovely, but the provider clearly has no sense of respecting patients' time. I'm sorry everyone's time is of value. If you can't keep up with the walk ins then DON'T take appointments. Absolutely not acceptable.
They need more staff. Was told there was only One staff member qualified to give me my result and they were not even in the building for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
