I have never experienced such neglect- from the doctor (Monika Kaul) to the front desk staff, of people who are supposed to be in a field that cares about other people.
Five minute wait very professional receptionist and staff doctor was fantastic. I really like her. She’s sensitive and takes her time and excellent diagnosis.
