I've been trying for almost 10 days to get help from this company. They do not return calls, do not help, and have no regard for patients or their care. Bookings for doctor appts. are out as far as March 2025, it is June 2024! I'm sick today and need an appt! I can't wait a year to see someone! If you didn't book so many well-visit appts, for well people who don't need to be seen, there would be openings for those who need care. My wife and I are both patients of Hartford HealthCare, and use the Hartford Healthcare "MyChartPlus" electronic medical record. Wow! My record was shared without my permission; my wife's record contains test results and reports of other patients (who don't have same name or medical record number). The HIPPA violations are clear, unquestionable, and inexcusable! I wrote to corporate and I wrote to the medical records department and got no response. If you value your privacy in this digital age, avoid this organization.
The Hartford Healthcare system is excellent, this building just supports the organization no pts seen here, but great organization
