This post is for HHC (Hartford HealthCare) Central Billing Office. That organization does not care customers. Be careful when you get the bill they send to you. Their billing office does not follow the insurance rules. They can bill patient due to their own mistakes. Their long listed phone numbers with AI answering your call. Chances are low if anyone willing to spend time to solve your problems.
I've been trying for almost 10 days to get help from this company. They do not return calls, do not help, and have no regard for patients or their care. Bookings for doctor appts. are out as far as March 2025, it is June 2024! I'm sick today and need an appt! I can't wait a year to see someone! If you didn't book so many well-visit appts, for well people who don't need to be seen, there would be openings for those who need care.
