My experience here was extremely positive. In a situation where my doctors have offered no definitive diagnosis or solutions, the therapists here, especially Heidi, offered encouragement and a sympathetic ear. The therapy was as constructive as possible given that they were given minimal guidance. Heidi kept careful notes about my progress, or lack thereof and has attempted to communicate with my GP and keep lines of communication open, and is still seeking alternative avenues of treatment. All the staff is lovely, but I especially think my physical therapist, Megan, is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind, fun, interested in your life, and goes above and beyond to help out. I greatly appreciate that you are always encouraged, never judged at all, nor defined by whatever disability you may have.

Great physical therapists they do the work with you making sure you get the most out of each session and make you feel safe, they are also very knowledgeable.

Courteous, & with clear the instructions. Definitely know what they're doing. I'm always at ease when performing my exercises which helps me improve my confidence.
