Do NOT use rehab facilities in the Hartford Healthcare network. Your Hartford Healthcare doctor may offer them for rehab but they don't tell you they charge 300-400% more than a non affiliated rehab facility. We saved a ton of money once we realized this and went elsewhere.
Confident Health app is poorly designed and the care team communication for handling all logistics regarding services and scheduling is poor. They did not cancel my appointment and though I provided more than enough time to do so they almost discharged me from my current psychiatrist. This puts risk to my medication and is just a poor experience overall. They sent reminders for two appointments and then stopped abruptly.
The whole staff is fantastic from day 1 till the end
Everyone at the Rehab Center is friendly and competent. Ashley Goncalves is very knowledgeable and has helped me to improve my condition quickly.
