I’ve been to this location several times over the years. While the in-person interactions have generally been fine, the front desk experience, especially over the phone, has *consistently* made me feel uncomfortable. During my most recent call, the receptionist spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was bothering her for asking simple questions. The front desk Staff, she started sneering right after she started talking to me. When I asked her Do you have Quest at this location, she made a face and asked her coworker 'Do we have Quest here? as if she didn't know if they have Quest. When she didn't stop sneering, I asked her if anything funny, and she said no and continued Sneering. I felt humiliated and will not go back to this location where they have employees like this
