My first visit could not have been better. As a former nurse and safety professional, I saw a good system in action.
Worse place ever don't go here if you're poor. Went with my mom and the doctor was horrible very dismissive and cruel couldn't even send the right medicine to the account and I feel like the reason why they're here is for the money. I wouldn't send a dog here.
I am absolutely disgusted. My daughter Had one appointment with Katie Erick Then every other appointment continue to be canceled, and they would then switch the appointment whether my daughter could make it or not. Eventually, she started seeing somebody else due to the fact that how often she was told that Katie Erick would be unable to see her because she was out. Receptionist has too much time on her hands to be playing on her phone.
Although I don't mind driving to Norwich or Mystic but it's so much more convenient to go to Plainfield. Dr. Aujla is the best and has made my trials and tribulations with prostate cancer so much easier. Can't imagine why anyone would have an issue with this place. I've always been treated like royalty.
