I've been reading these reviews and decided to share my experience as well. I've been going to this group for at least 15+ years, my doctor left to strike out on his own maybe 3-4 years ago. Since then, I've been bounced from NPR to NPR, they only seem to stay around for 6 months and then leave. The newest NPR I've only seen once, she's never around. Well, I had two tele visits during Covid lockdown and I had asked the doctor that did those online visits if he would take me on as a patient. He declined. On my last in person ... read more

They have turned over their staff.. The women running the office now are excellent!! So friendly and helpful. I do not usually write reviews, but the turnaround has been incredible!
DO NOT GO HERE. They loose medical records and lie about it!!!! I called to have my primary care DR. call in a prescription and they said they have no record of me being there since 2018 and yet they have my married name on file (I got married 2020). I had to go in person to change my name with them when I got my flu shot in 2020 and yet they have no record of this. When I asked to speak to my DR. about where my records when I got that they probably changed my name when someone called in to the office and that I didn't actua... read more
