PA Alok Mehta and the Office Manager are some of the most unprofessional and incompetent "providers" I have ever run across. Both violated HIPPA laws and disclosed private medical information without consent (HIPPA complaints have been filed). Alok presented us with two different medical options, recommending one. This facility is the antithesis of what a "medical" facility should be. Today they violated HIPPA twice by giving my medical information to unauthorized individuals. These fools need to get their act together.
Was there to accompany an elderly relative. Staff followed all necessary precautions for entering, exiting, etc. Saw APRN associated with group. Very thorough meeting. Positive experience.
