This is not a review of the quality of care, which was great, but of the facility. There is not nearly enough parking to support the volume of patients Hartford HealthCare is sending to this location. People's well being depends on them getting to this facility, and many people who need care have limited mobility, making parking a serious concern. I would highly suggest patients request appointments at a different HHC facility until they resolve this issue.

Waited over a month to attend the video consult required to even get an appointment with the doctor. Went to the video call on my chart at the right time and waited over 15 minutes, when I called the office they told me that I had not been on the right video call. I was on the link they provided on MyChart. Now I have to wait another month for the next meeting? I think I need to find another doctor.
