I can honestly say the best part of Windsor Endocrinology Group is Jenna. She was extremely supportive and authentically compassionate during a very frustrating and drawn out experience with this office. She is an exceptional person who truly extended an olive branch to me when her office (the doctor and nurse) truly failed me for months! Consistent delayed responses from this Windsor branch is what I experienced.

Dr Faisal and her staff were very understanding and helpful in getting CGN supplies ordered for me when a previous mail order supplier made errors and delays shipping. They know what to do. I'm impressed and thankful they are on my team to help me manage Diabetes. Betsy R
Dr. Madan is such an amazing doctor and light in my life. When I went to my first appointment I was anxious about being dismissed. Dr. Madan was extremely attentive to my concerns and listened to me so I actually felt heard. She explains everything, and is a caring person. I feel lucky to have found her, and am grateful that my health is under her care.
