This is the most unhelpful medical experience I have ever had. Do they not want more patients? The ladies answering the phone for referrals were very kind and im sure the policies they told me are correct and im sure they get enough people yelling at them for things out of their control so i just said thank you and ended the conversation there but whoever makes policies for referrals needs to get things straighter out. The office under the new doctors & this management are awful !! After Dr Lemay retired , Dr Faisal moved , The new Doctors & the nurse /PA awful . The offices staff some are so rude , the new doctors & nurses are constantly not available for appointments. The office in South Windsor is so mess up , you can’t make appointments for year & they cannot call in for medication prescriptions send to Pharmacy , You left multiples messages no one call you back , they make you wait & wait . I can honestly say the best part of Windsor Endocrinology Group is Jenna. She was extremely supportive and authentically compassionate during a very frustrating and drawn out experience with this office. She is an exceptional person who truly extended an olive branch to me when her office (the doctor and nurse) truly failed me for months! Consistent delayed responses from this Windsor branch is what I experienced.
I can honestly say the best part of Windsor Endocrinology Group is JENNA. (I hope I’m getting her name correct!). Dr Faisal and her staff were very understanding and helpful in getting CGN supplies ordered for me when a previous mail order supplier made errors and delays shipping. They know what to do. I'm impressed and thankful they are on my team to help me manage Diabetes. Betsy R
