Great care
This is the most unhelpful medical experience I have ever had. Do they not want more patients? The ladies answering the phone for referrals were very kind and im sure the policies they told me are correct and im sure they get enough people yelling at them for things out of their control so i just said thank you and ended the conversation there but whoever makes policies for referrals needs to get things straighter out. The office under the new doctors & this management are awful !! After Dr Lemay retired , Dr Faisal moved , The new Doctors & the nurse /PA awful . The offices staff some are so rude , the new doctors & nurses are constantly not available for appointments. The office in South Windsor is so mess up , you can’t make appointments for year & they cannot call in for medication prescriptions send to Pharmacy , You left multiples messages no one call you back , they make you wait & wait .
