This "Medical Center" is making so much money rescheduling appointments, I guess. Basically, it's a Medical Joke. 3 reschedule appointments and my dad still does not know what's going on with his pain and suffering. This place cancels appointments hours before the actual set appointment. Horrible scheduler team. Made an appointment with a 3 month wait (first available). Today called to confirm since we didn't get a reminder which was weird. Apparently 2 months ago they called once to tell us it needed to be rescheduled. I asked why they didn't try again.... they said they usually do and send a letter, none of which we got. We have been making a lot of plans around this surgical procedure. Sigh, why is the health care so broken. And now they are still booked up 3 months out, so very frustrating.

Daughter had surgery on the 19th of September, at the time of discharge was told that someone from urology would call me to schedule a stent removal appointment and if I haven’t heard from the office by that Thursday to call office to schedule the appointment, well I called and was told that someone would call me back with that appointment.
