I'll start by saying my Dr is great. Everything else about this location is about as bad as a hot poker through your eye. I sat on hold for over 25 min only to hear the phone receiver picked up and then put back on hold at least 6 times. I guess the entitled employees there feel they don't need to do their job and can just flake off on patients that need help. The person taking my order at McDonald's would be a better employee than the trash they have answer the phones here.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a practice. Was referred here to obtain a specialist referral and the dr. was very nice at first. Said that he would get me in quicker than usual and he would make some calls for me. A month goes by, I hear nothing so I give the office a call. They tell me that they will put a note on the doctor's desk and he will call me asap. Another two weeks goes by, so I call again. They charged $17 to send medical records to a doctor that actually listens to concerns and treats them. That said, the office staff was always pleasant.
