Absolute worst medical office ever. Horrible customer service. They answer the phone completely unprofessionally without even a greeting and immediately place their callers on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Very rude and dismissive staff. Pushy providers pushing their agenda on every patient. Worst office ever & if zero stars was possible I would post that.
Honestly the worst. When you call the line is always busy leave a voicemail never get called back. Call for scheduling and it rings once then goes silent and then hangs up.
I've come to suspect that Hartford HealthCare is a fully cursed entity along the lines of the Mind Flayer from Stranger Things, but certain offices are resistant to its inherent toxicity, and this Hebron office (and also the call center liaisons) are holding strong
I have been seeing Dr Kristen Gildersleeve for many years and highly recommend her and her staff. Have never been disappointed.
