I have been a patient for about a year and have no complaints for the office. My visits have always been in a timely manner, and Dr Gygi is patient and attentive remember my healthcare challenges and goals. She has even worked with my insurance to get a denied claim obverturned. I often use the patient portal to communicate and get answers within a few hours. Had an issue with the office. Office manager called and gave a non-appology apology (aka "the glad hand"): No accountability, just a flat apology of "I'm sorry you had that experience". Dr. Gygi is fabulous, however based on the actions of the office manager Christine and Giselley S. PA, my husband and I are considering leaving the office completely. I’d give it no stars if I could! I highly recommend you search for another doctors office. I waited 9 months for a new patient appointment. I arrived early with all paperwork completed. I wasn’t put in a room until 45 min AFTER my appointment time, and then once in a room I waited another HOUR to be seen. Dr. Gygi apologized and told me this is not her normal practice.
