Lack of transparency: At no point during my annual physical was I informed that any portion of our discussion(or lack of one honestly)or care would fall outside the scope of a standard annual physical. As a patient, I rely on my provider to clearly communicate when something may result in additional charges. I have been a patient for about a year and have no complaints for the office. My visits have always been in a timely manner, and Dr Gygi is patient and attentive remember my healthcare challenges and goals. She has even worked with my insurance to get a denied claim obverturned. I often use the patient portal to communicate and get answers within a few hours. Had an issue with the office. Office manager called and gave a non-appology apology (aka "the glad hand"): No accountability, just a flat apology of "I'm sorry you had that experience". Dr. Gygi is fabulous, however based on the actions of the office manager Christine and Giselley S. PA, my husband and I are considering leaving the office completely.
