For almost 2 months my PCP has been sending referrals to their fax which took 5 or 6 times to get received. Had to be sent to a private fax in the MA's office. Turns out they don't take anyone with fibromyalgia however I don't know that I have fibromyalgia anymore. I can control it with diet. My PCP sent a new referral with updated proper info and they claim to never have gotten it again. Office staff is rude particularly a woman by the name of "Tenay".
