I was seeing a different physician and office for 7+ years and my doctor changed practices so I was nudged to use this office and doctor. They pushed to have 2 new patient appointments done in which I was told both were covered under a regular yearly appointment and now I’m being told I have to pay a large bill for something that was done without me knowing because they didn’t check the age group requirement and the office is denying assistance in writing a letter to provide what as done at the appointment. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I spent my entire morning jumping through hoops after being told I could get an appointment today. I was sent to the Hartford "establish health" line and waited over an hour for a nurse to call back—who never did. When I finally reached the Plainfield office again, they claimed they were booked until July. This office is clearly disorganized and disrespectful of people’s time. With a 2.2-star rating, it’s clear I’m not the only one dealing with these issues.
My first visit could not have been better. As a former nurse and safety professional, I saw a good system in action.
I am absolutely disgusted. My daughter Had one appointment with Katie Erick Then every other appointment continue to be canceled, and they would then switch the appointment whether my daughter could make it or not. Eventually, she started seeing somebody else due to the fact that how often she was told that Katie Erick would be unable to see her because she was out. Worse place ever don't go here if you're poor. Went with my mom and the doctor was horrible very dismissive and cruel couldn't even send the right medicine to the account and I feel like the reason why they're here is for the money. I wouldn't send a dog here.
