I am just frustrated with their social practices. I am deaf and lip read plays a big part in my daily life. My doctor is not willing to meet me half way. She wore the yellow mask the whole time and rush me to get out of the room. She seems annoyed with me due to my disability. This office is the best kept secret. A women's practice and they can always fit you in. You don't wait long and office staff is very friendly
I have been a patient at Primary Care Old Lyme for twenty years, used to love the personal service. In those years I have only called in for illness a handful of times- since HHC took over service has gone downhill- I have had my wellness appointments canceled/changed numerous times- today, when feeling poorly enough to call in and ask to see a doctor, I was told I couldn’t be fit in until tomorrow afternoon.
