I'm a new patient and so far everything seems to confuse the receptionist who has no phone etiquette. She even refused to take a message for another office assistant I wanted to talk to. She insist of giving appointments with the wrong doctor although I have specify the reason for wanting the one I have requested. I don't think she should be answering phones, since she doesn't listen to the patient. The Doctors how ever are awesome.
