Dr.Brad asked me to go in the following day for a shot. Went back and unfortunately he was not there so I was seen by a PA and rude nurses. She refused to follow Dr. Brads instructions and said it wasn’t necessary. She acted like it was a bother for her. She also kepts mentioning the cost. Who cares about the cost she wasn’t paying for it. It was my insurance. The nurse was very racist and treated me poorly. No compassion at all. I wish Dr. Brad was the only one there. I feel bad he has to work with incompetent coworkers.

Never have I ever had a experience like this one I went in today feeling really sick pretty sure it was the beginning of a sinus infection I’ve taken multiple different ways to make myself feel better especially being a mom to a 3 month old it’s difficult. No I went in and got told I have a upper respiratory infection and the provider Walter Kupson, DO told me to just take saline spray to blow the mucus out and when I asked for even prednisone to help me feel alittle comfortable he said just drink caffeine.
