It has been four months since my primary care doctor provided referrals to this practice, and it took months just to process and transcribe them. Now that I am finally trying to schedule an appointment, the experience has become even more frustrating. The person handling the calls was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. We've been coming to Hartford HealthCare for a few years now and I just have to leave a review! The staff and doctors here are so friendly and patient. It's always a comfortable experience, and we are very thankful for that!
I had a great experience at this MRI facility. CC was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They helped me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful appointment so much easier.
This place scammed me. I gave them my insurance card, and they made me pay a co-pay, but after meeting the doctor, I got a bill for over 300 dollars. Went here twice, so I'm probably paying for 2 walk-ins over 700 dollars. It all could have been prevented if they told me my insurance wasn't accepted out of state. The doctors seemed nice, but the management team is terrible, and the people at the desk are not very helpful at all. They also charge visits for 120 to 165 dollars WITHOUT INSURANCE. Not happy with this office at all. My doctor left and the office never contacted me for another physician to take over. I’m 63 and haven’t had a physical in two yrs or a mammogram! Have called for two days for a prescription to be refilled! They told me it takes a few days… well it’s been a few days. They just told me it takes five to seven days!! BS as far as I’m concerned! Going to another office but can’t get in till April! If anything happens to me between now and then I will Sue for malpractice!
