Wethersfield office has a terrible office staff who all need to be fired. Never answer their phone, never call you back with important info about referrals, give bad medical advice and are rude if you ask them to check on things for you. My PAs okay but not enough to keep me here. I’m switching over to new Dr today who’s got a great reputation and an awesome office staff to boot. Too bad it was the staff that drove me away from this place

I use the pediatrics section of High Ridge Family Practice. I have been with Dr. David Burken for five years. He is such a great doctor with my two boys. My 7 year old has been with him since he was 2. I went through three pediatricians with my first child before I came across Dr. Burken. My second child have been with Dr. Burken since he was born. they know everything but won't tell you anything. they say one thing and do a completely different thing. dr wong has no bedside manner. he is ignorant.

This was my first and last time to see this doctor. He refused to help me because, he refused to see that I am slowly losing the ability to walk. I am a large woman, and the doctor said nothing would help my pain unless I lost weight. I was made to feel like dog droppings.
