This is specicfally about the office manager at 385 west main st Avon.The staff at this address, regardless of what doctor i am seeing, have been professional and caring. The doctors have been wonderful, specifically Drs Sapenfield and Dr Duckworth. I even saw a podiatrist at this address who was wonderful. The office manager, I believe her name to be Connie, is awful. She is a selfish rude bully who threatened me.
