Worst doctor i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Belittled me and sent me back to work with no restrictions. As if I were some kind of grifter ..trying to milk the system I've done more work by mistake in a week than this clown will do his whole life. Kaitlyn was very professional and very friendly. She listened and answered call my question. Before I went in I had a lot of different scenarios going through my mind and when I left she put all of those scenarios out of my mind and I left feeling very encouraged and at ease. I’m very glad my care is in her hands. A+ in my book!!
This is specicfally about the office manager at 385 west main st Avon.The staff at this address, regardless of what doctor i am seeing, have been professional and caring. The doctors have been wonderful, specifically Drs Sapenfield and Dr Duckworth. I even saw a podiatrist at this address who was wonderful. The office manager, I believe her name to be Connie, is awful. She is a selfish rude bully who threatened me. Very happy for the care that Dr. Shehu gives my dad. I have changed my dad’s doctor and only wish I had done it sooner. Attentive, patient, proactive, and compassionate. I recommended him to my husband and he is equally impressed. 10/10
Horrible! Dr. Leung and nursing staff horrible. Has no bedside manner and very rude. Did not help me at with my medical condition.
I would like to leave a great review for the occupational therapy portion of this Hartford healthcare group with Dr. Winter and service specialist. D Phillips was a pleasant experience and the office visit was very helpful with a great deal of knowledge regarding my health. I only hope is that we had more pleasantries, like them in all the Hartford healthcaredoctors offices
My interaction with Dr. Eric Katz, Suite 416 Urology, Hartford Hospital was between March 7 and September 26, 2025 when he closed my account for absolutely no valid reason(s) although I still needed urgent medical care for my hyperactive bladder, severe pain in my pelvic area and for my burning during urination. During a few visits with Dr. Katz for bacteria infection and fungus in my urinary tract out of four treatments two were successful, two not. I cant say enough good things about my experience with this office. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for reliable and caring PCP
Dr. Sheehan repaired my achilles tendon and removed bone spurs. He did a beautiful job. Recovery has been smooth. Any discomfort was minimal. He's very nice, easy to talk to and pays attention to what you have to say. I don't think you could do better than this doctor. His staff are friendly and professional. A great place to go for care.
