We had a horrible experience today. The front desk staff was good, but the doctor's assistant and doctor weren't. They were rude, making us feel unwelcome and insulted. They even laughed at us.
I went at this clinic on Monday 06/24/24 with my son and explained the situation as he had a fever for 4 to 5 days in a row and had a dry cough, unable to eat and vomiting. The only thing they did was measure blood pressure and check weight and do a Covid test and they didn't even recommend going to a specialist or prescribing any medication. And they told me that my son just had a virus. Two days later my son became worse, so I took him to another doctor and they found out that he had pneumonia. Because the doctor did a sim... read more

There seems to be zero awareness of appointment times and keeping to a reasonable schedule. Have been sitting in the waiting room for half an hour and have heard the women at the desk explain to each patient to arrive at time x for an appointment at time y. If the patients are expected to keep to a schedule, shouldn’t the practitioners be held to the same standard? Delays also occur when scheduling physicals.
