My experiences so far have been 100% positive. I see Dr. Gioiella, who is razor sharp. Everyone in the office treats me with warmth and dignity. It’s a very nice clinic and I am fortunate to have found a doctor here.

They sent me an invoice over two years after the service (service was on June 2022 and the invoice came in October 2024). The items in the invoice were just ridiculous. I'm wondering if there is any organization overseeing these health care providers. I just paid the invoice, as I know from experience that going through the inquiry process is just a waste of time, but it clearly shows how disorganized this center is.

Just wow. Less than 1 star if I could. After booking a physical in July for November (1st available), I drove an hr and was stuck in traffic twice because of accidents. I called to say I would be 10 mins late, the call center could not get through to the office, but said I was fine, my arrival time was 4 but I started at 4:15. Made it by 4:15, they cancelled my appt and when I said "you have to get your act togther" a patient in the lobby swore and yelled at me. Never again....
