Dr. Grogan was very rude to me. Ignored me when I said good morning and didn't make me feel comfortable at all. The lady who brought me in the room was nice but had no idea what she was doing, felt too rushed and and noticed some of my information was wrong on mychart after the appointment. Only good thing to say is that the receptionist Alma was very nice and helpful. Switched to Dr. Lenhart in Oxford, he isn't in Derby the days I need, and he and the Oxford staff are so much better.
