In 2024 my Dr left and I was given a new PA to see. In 2025 she left as well. Then they said they could no longer have me as a patient. I had been going there in Cheshire since 2021 and it is super close to my house. Then when I tried to get my prescription filled before I was able to get a new Dr, I got horrible attitude from the lady in the office. I need to take BP meds and I was taking them every other day for a while because of this. I would never go there ever again!
We went to the urgent care in Cheshire. We had an appointment for 5:30. The lady said it would be a 2 hour wait. We said ok we’ll wait, the lady said no you have to go to Hamden. She refused us even though it was slow because they didn’t want to deal with us. Don’t go there absolutely terrible.
Great Doctor, great staff.
