Guess they don't listen in on receptionist calls,if they did she wouldn't have been so snarky. I returned their call,and when I told her this,she said it wasn't me that called. Yes,we both know it was robo,come on ,nicer is better.
Fantastic staff, incredible doctors and nurses, so friendly, so caring... really gives you a sense of optimism that there might be hope for humanity knowing there are caring and understanding and compassionate people in the world who are good at what they do and actually care about it. Very grateful for everyone here, especially Dr Hager!!! He is the MAN!!! Thank you!!!

My mom just had an appointment with urologist Dr Volkin. He was very knowledgeable and professional! He spent quality time with us and I’m so thankful for him!
I called three months ago asking for a new patient appointment and was paired with Gabrielle Pirce. Less than a week before my scheduled appointment I was told Gabrielle Pirce changed her availability, and I would have to wait at least another 3 months to be seen. Having doctors like Gabrielle Pirce unable to do basic skills like manage a schedule to accommodate existing appointments is beyond unprofessional and borders embarrassing.
