Medical staff SUPERIOR! Attentive, thorough and provide one with as much time needed to advise and answer questions. Desk staff always friendly. Environment is pristine and comfortable. I have already told friends and family to ONLY go to HHC Urgent Care if needed. Superior and "simply, the best..."

I like the fact you can walk in and get help! People are professional and courteous! I would recommend going there if you have issues, especially after Dr normal hours!
Long wait unprofessional staff. I’ve been sitting here for almost an hour literally wait room is virtually empty staff is just sitting around eating candy and laughing. What a joke
