The entire team at Hartford Health Care-GoHealth urgent care in Granby CT provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff from the front desk were not only incredibly professional but also genuinely kind and compassionate. They took time to listen to my concerns and explained every step of my treatment in clear understandable terms and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. They are a true credit to the medical profession.
The PA's are very personal and knowledgeable!! My favorite walk-in!!
Prompt and professional service. The PA was amazing
Onsite staff is amazing but the billing staff is incompetent. They charged the wrong insurance provider due to sharing a billing system with Hartford Health care. I never authorized this and did not provide them with the information but they went into the Hartford Health care system and use information provided to another Dr's office to try and get a better payment. This also cost me more money out of pocket.
