The nurse practitioner was very caring as were the other nurses. I felt like they listened to my symptoms and helped me with the next course of action to combat my ailment. The nurse practitioner told me she was glad I came in right away as there were better treatment options at an early onset. I felt cared for and listened to. I was visiting family and didn’t feel so well and googled for a nearby urgent care and I’m glad I went to this one. I was a walk in and they took me right away. Godsend!
I got excellent care, the. people were friendly and knowledgeable, and I didn't have to wait too long. The only problem was online scheduling; when. I arrived they didn't have any record of my request.
The check in experience was awful today most days the staff up front are helpful and kind today they were rude and very helpful. Even making negative comments about my situation. Katie and “Tisha” were the only names I was given. Really unprofessional. Being here for an extremely bad dog bite and having “Katie” say “the dog must not have liked you” and then “the poor dog” was extremely unprofessional and rude. I hope some one see this and speaks to her about personal opinions having no place in this setting.
My experience at Urgent Care in Cheshire was wonderful !!!! Everyone was very helpful and kind !!! I would definitely recommend them !!!
The team at the Cheshire location showed Excellent quality patient care to me and my toddler from over the phone ,to the reception, to physical examination by the provider Heather Trompeter .A special thanks to Rad Tech Andrea and the Medical Assistants and the provider Heather for being patient, kind and demonstrating compassion towards me. Our wait time was minimum to no wait , thorough examination, testing ,team work exercised and after care instructions provided to ensure a speedily recovery.
