I dreaded having to go to this location due to a previous experience with the front desk and physician on duty. I'm glad I gave it another try. I’ve updated my review to five stars. GoHealth has shown they take customer concerns seriously, and the turnaround has been impressive. Michael, PA-C, provided excellent care and made a real difference in my experience. Also, the employee at the front desk was pleasant and a breath of fresh air for ailing patients. 10/09/25
The front desk is nice they helped me sign in very quickly but unfortunately I’ve now been waiting and hour while other walk ins that came after me skip ahead I understand I’m a young adult so people don’t worry about us as much but I’ve been very unwell for 4 days so this is very frustrating!
The doctor was excellent in all respects. I felt very comfortable with him. He listened, took his time and was very thorough.. My only issue was that I had a scheduled appt but still wasn't seen for almost an hour, and the place was not busy.
